This schedule is in place to ensure your booth is ready when you arrive.
It also helps alleviate congestion at the load-in doors and helps you get to your booth easier.

Please have your staff take the shuttle. Parking is limited and fills up fast — keeping exhibitor vehicles out of the lot ensures attendees can access the show easily.

Please use either double-sided carpet tape, GAFF tape, or AV Cord Tape.
If you have a question about whether or not your tape is approved – ask us – BEFORE you use it!
We will have approved tape for sale at the registration office if you get to the show and don’t have the correct tape.
All set-up is through the loading dock only. The building does not allow set-up through the glass doors.

One table and 2 chairs will be placed in each booth as soon as pipe and drape has been set.
NOTE: Please bring your own professional table covering.
If you ordered electric for your booth, please be sure to bring an extension cord and power strip.
The venue places electric drops sporadically.
The Civic Center does not allow full canopies. If your booth set-up includes a canopy, the top will need to be opened 50%.
