These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nbseniorexpo.com and any related services offered by the New Braunfels Senior Expo ("we," "us," or "our"), produced by RJC Productions. By using our website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the SMS program.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use or enjoyment of the site. Content on this site (logos, images, text, and layout) is the property of New Braunfels Senior Expo / RJC Productions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program Name. New Braunfels Senior Expo SMS Alerts.
Program Description. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from New Braunfels Senior Expo, including event reminders, schedule updates, ticket links, exhibitor highlights, and promotional offers.
How to Opt In. You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, at our event, or by texting a keyword to our short code or long code when promoted. By doing so, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect up to approximately 4 messages per month, with additional messages in the weeks immediately before the expo.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier about the rates on your plan.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive additional messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you originally opted in.

Consent. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending the expo or purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time as described above.
Privacy. Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes. We may modify or terminate the SMS program or these SMS terms at any time, with or without notice. Where practical, we will notify active subscribers of material changes via text message.
Event Terms
Admission to the New Braunfels Senior Expo is free. Schedule, activities, exhibitors, sponsors, and giveaways are subject to change without notice. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded; photos and video may be used by New Braunfels Senior Expo and RJC Productions for promotional purposes.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (including exhibitor and sponsor sites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
Disclaimer
The website and SMS program are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site or messages will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Braunfels Senior Expo, RJC Productions, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the website or the SMS program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Comal County, Texas.
