SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from the New Braunfels Senior Expo, including event reminders, schedule updates, ticket links, and promotional offers from the expo and its sponsors.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect up to approximately 4 messages per month, with additional messages in the weeks immediately before the event.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Consent. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending the expo or receiving any goods or services from us.
Opt-Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again through the same method you originally used to opt in.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Sharing of Mobile Information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive, and may only be shared with service providers that help us operate the SMS program (for example, our text-messaging platform, Textedly), who are contractually required to safeguard your information.
